Set - single execution of given exercise (for example, to press barbell 10 times in a row).

Repetition(s) - the number of complete cycles of movement during performance of a set (for example, to press barbell 10 times in a row means to perform 10 reps).

Failure – performance of the exercise till the moment when you will not be able to do the following rep.

Split - training program which means training different body parts on different workouts.

Metabolism - a set of chemical reactions that occur in the body to sustain life, which allow the body to recover and develop.
