Choosing the gym

Many believe that any gym with barbells, dumbbells and certain set of machines will be ok. In fact, this is misleading. The level of the gym effects results rather significantly. Firstly, high-quality gym increases motivation, and secondly - the money you paid don’t allow you drop the training, and thirdly - between machines, such as "Body Solid» and «MATRIX», there’s a huge difference, which you will feel if training in different gyms.

Choosing the gym

Therefore, rule №1 – the gym should be of a sufficient level.

Rule №2 – it shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes to get to the gym.

Rule №3 – there should be sufficient quantity of aerobic and strength fitness equipment.

Rule №4 – the gym shouldn’t be oversaturated with people during your visit; it’s simply unacceptable to be waiting for your turn in some of the exercises.

As for the cost and schedule of visits - decide by yourself. Just remember – you’ll have to train often, shortened methods are good in theory, but in practice they don’t always work!
